Good Morning Everyone on this busy Tuesday.

Have you been following the Para Olympics in Rio?
It has been inspiring watching the athletes achieving their dream, even when life throws hurdles at them.

This is Sophie Pascoe who has won a record number of medals.
Swimmer Sophie Pascoe has won gold with a world record time in the women’s 200 metre Individual Medley SM10 event at Rio.
She swam a time of 2.24.90 minutes, defending her Olympic title from London four years ago.
It’s Pascoe’s third medal of the Rio Paralympics and she still has another two events to compete in. She will go into those races as the defending Olympic champion.
What have you seen or heard about the Para Olympics?

Tell us about a time where you never gave up.
